Dr. Claude M. Hargrove, Ph.D.
Claude holds four degrees in engineering, including a doctorate in biological engineering. He has taught in higher ed for more than 25 years.

STEM Dreams is a North Carolina-based STEM education company. We are more than just a resource provider. We are a team of experienced engineering educators dedicated to fostering the next generation of innovators.
We're not new to this.
Founded in 2020 and certified as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) in the state of North Carolina, we specialize in delivering high-impact STEM programming for after-school programs, community engagement, and informal learning environments.
We have over 25 years of experience in engineering education in academia and over 15 years of experience in K-12 STEM outreach, including STEM camps. Download our capability statement.

With advanced degrees in Electrical, Computer, and Biological & Agricultural Engineering, we bring technical rigor to every project. Our background includes real-world experience as a state environmental engineer and as a computer engineer for 'Big Tech' in the Research Triangle Park (RTP). We bridge the gap between complex professional engineering and classroom-ready activities.
Dedicated Educators
We have spent over 20 years in higher education and a decade specifically in STEM outreach. From developing engineering curriculum to advising student organizations like IEEE, our work is rooted in proven pedagogical methods. We specialize in high-impact programming for both public and private education providers.
